Audrey Beard, Executive Vice President / Development Haven Community ManagementAudrey Beard has been a vital part of Neighborhood Management since 2008. She knows how to create communities that enhance property value and meet the needs of modern buyers.

Aside from her roles as NMI’s Vice President & Head of Development Services,  Audrey also manages her own Associations portfolio and advises staff on their own properties.

Audrey’s professional development is one of her strengths as a community manager. She regularly participates in the CAI educational forums and events, where she learns from experts and peers in the field. She applies this knowledge to provide high-quality service to all clients, regardless of their size or needs.
